Job summary

lululemon seeks a Technology Director to define and execute the multi-year strategy for modernizing its global sourcing technology ecosystem. You will own architecture, engineering, security, QA, and operations for a globally distributed team across North America and India, supporting 300 RM/FG vendors and partnering on enterprise initiatives.

You will champion API-first, event-driven architectures, responsible AI adoption, and data governance while optimizing cost, quality, and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in computing or engineering.
• 15+ years of technology experience including 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience modernizing supply chain platforms and costing/sourcing domains.
• Strong background in API-first integration, cloud, and data governance.
• Experience with AI/ML in supply chain or sourcing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi-year global sourcing technology strategy and roadmap.
• Modernize costing and sourcing platforms with API-first integrations and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead globally distributed engineering, QA, and delivery teams; develop future-ready leaders.
• Drive AI-enabled decision support for should-cost, capacity allocation, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgets and vendor relationships to optimize TCO and ROI across Global Sourcing tech.
