Job summary

Cenikor Foundation is seeking a Technology Director to lead the design, implementation and governance of IT systems across the organization. You will drive security, resilience and operational efficiency while supporting Cenikor's mission to serve the community.

The role requires 5–7 years in technology plus at least 3 years as a Technology Director, with hands-on experience in Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, SQL, networks and enterprise security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum five to seven years in technology roles with at least three years as Technology Director.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure and security management.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of IT systems processes.
• Develops and implements business continuity protocols.
• Oversees IT security and audits across the organization.
• Manages relationships with external IT vendors and services providers.
• Maintains data governance, BI and analytics.
• Leads and develops IT staff.
• Provides help desk support and user assistance.
• Develops IT policies and asset management.
• Collaborates with HR on staffing and employee relations.
