Job summary

Cenikor is seeking an experienced Technology Director to lead the IT department and shape the organization’s technology strategy. You will manage IT systems, security, data governance and vendor partnerships from our Houston office.

The role requires 5–7 years in technology, with at least 3 years in a director capacity, and a proven ability to drive improvements across operations. On-site work with opportunities for growth and leadership development are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 5–7 years in technology roles with at least 3 years as Technology Director.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of IT systems and department processes.
• Develops business continuity protocols to minimize disruptions.
• Sets efficiency standards across the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Analyzes costs, productivity, upgrade needs and metrics for IT.
• Oversees security of systems, networks, and data.
• Manages vendor relationships and external IT services.
