Job summary

The Community Preservation Corporation is seeking a Senior Director of Technology Operations to lead CPC's enterprise technology operations and ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing services. You will report to the CIO and oversee ITSM, End User Services, Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud Operations, IAM, Cybersecurity, and vendor management.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, automation, and transforming CPC's technology posture to support growth and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership across enterprise operations.
• Proven track record building high-performing IT teams with a customer focus.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and risk management.
• Extensive experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Knowledge, SLA).
• Experience managing MSPs, vendors, and enterprise contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Operations org to deliver exceptional customer experience and business value.
• Oversee End User Computing, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud, IAM, and cybersecurity operations.
• Define operational KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across IT services.
