Job summary

CMD Corporation seeks a Director of Technology to provide operational and strategic leadership for CMD's technology systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business applications. You will partner with leaders to align tech initiatives with business needs, improve efficiency, protect data, and ensure reliable employee tech support.

The role leads day-to-day operations, manages MSP relationships, and supports scalable, secure technology solutions advancing CMD's strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive information and technology experience; leadership experience required.
• Experience leading technology operations, systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies, standards, and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Oversee cybersecurity practices, access controls, backup, monitoring, and incident response.
• Lead planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of CMD's technology systems and vendor relationships.
• Establish governance, documentation, and reporting for system performance and project status.
