Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Director, Product & Program Management within the Enterprise Data & AI organization. You will define and execute the AI and data product portfolio, leading the cross‑functional product and program management teams to deliver enterprise‑scale AI solutions and data capabilities that drive measurable value.

You will establish governance, prioritization, and operating rhythms, partner with business and technology leaders, and build a high‑performing global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise product management, technical program management, or portfolio delivery within technology organizations.
• Experience delivering large-scale data, AI/ML, analytics, or platform initiatives across multiple business and technology teams.
• Demonstrated success defining product roadmaps, managing cross-functional portfolios, and translating business strategy into executable delivery plans. Experience in retail context preferred.
• Experience leading product discovery, prioritization, and proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of agile product development, portfolio management, and software delivery practices.
• Experience developing strategic technology partnerships and evaluating external vendors and solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive influence skills with the ability to build alignment across business and technology organizations
• Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and portfolio management across enterprise Data & AI.
• Drive governance and delivery rhythms for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Identify and lead priority proof-of-concept initiatives with business owners and AI leads.
• Develop strategic partnerships with external technology providers to accelerate delivery of enterprise AI capabilities.
• Build and lead a high-performing global technical Product & Program Management organization.
• Partner across Enterprise Data & AI, Technology, and business functions to enable adoption of enterprise AI and data capabilities.
