Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Technology Director to define and execute a multi-year strategy for modernizing global sourcing technology. You will own architecture, engineering, security, QA automation, and operations for 300 RM/FG vendors, leading a distributed team in North America and India to drive modernization and AI-enabled decisioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate relative experience.
• 15+ years of technology experience, with 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization for supply chain platforms, with focus on costing and sourcing.
• Proven success delivering transformations in product costing, sourcing execution, PO management, supplier collaboration, or vendor connectivity.
• Strong background in integration architectures (API platforms, EDI, event-driven design).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive influencing skills.
• Experience with AI/ML in supply chain, sourcing, or costing.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi-year global sourcing technology strategy enhancing scalability, reliability, and speed to market.
• Translate business needs into a clear engineering roadmap including modernization, cloud migration, and AI adoption.
• Lead globally distributed engineering, QA automation, delivery, and support teams and develop future leaders.
• Oversee delivery, operations, and vendor management across sourcing and costing systems with ROI focus.
• Drive AI-driven decision support for should-cost modelling, quote analysis, and capacity allocation.
• Champion ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI in sourcing and vendor operations.
