Job summary
lululemon is seeking a Director of Enterprise Engineering - Practices and Platforms to align engineering strategy across Digital, Retail, Infrastructure, Product, and Supply Chain. You will craft a roadmap for standards, accelerate developer platforms, and drive secure, reliable technology development for lululemon commerce.
You will lead with an inclusive, growth-focused mindset, partnering with global teams and ensuring strong governance, mentorship, and architectural community participation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of related engineering experience across disciplines.
- Senior leadership experience in large organizations.
- Advocates modern ways of working (Agile, DevOps) and architecture community participation.
- Strong storytelling and ability to articulate a vision to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead Technology Practices with maturity guidelines and enterprise resources.
- Strengthen engineering standards for scalability and growth.
- Measure and improve velocity, quality and satisfaction.
- Build productivity dashboards across teams.
- Influence investment decisions by shaping practices and standards.
- Own strategic platforms (e.g., CI/CD, Observability) to accelerate value.
