Job summary

Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. The role focuses on identifying opportunities where intelligent automation improves decision-making, performance, and sustainable business value.

You will mentor people leaders and drive responsible adoption with safety and governance in mind, across North America, Latin America, or Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 level or Canadian equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
• Own accountability for oversight and implementation of the strategy within Digital Operations.
• Partner with site, production, functional, and business leaders to understand operational needs and identify high-value opportunities.
• Translate business priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable digital solutions and integrate them into work processes.
• Establish clear measures of success and monitor adoption and value realization.
• Build organizational understanding of advanced digital capabilities and support teams.
• Develop technology strategies aligned to site, function, and business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of technology-based performance and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
• Oversee digital technology improvement efforts with site/production leadership.
