Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.

• Implement Operations strategy for advancing digital capabilities in work processes.
• Own accountability for oversight and implementation of the strategy.
• Partner with site, production, functional, and business leaders to identify needs.
• Translate priorities into practical digital solutions that add measurable value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop scalable solutions.
• Establish measures of success and monitor adoption and value realization.
• Build organizational understanding of advanced digital capabilities.
• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned to site and business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of technology‑based performance and governance.
