Qualifications

• Previous K–12 scholastic technology support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain configuration, user accounts, permissions, integrations, workflows, and reporting for Academy educational technology systems.
• Administer Mosyle and related tools to deploy, manage, secure, and support student and staff devices.
• Develop and deliver technology training for faculty, staff, students, and parents.
• Provide first and second-level support for educational technology issues and coordinate escalation when necessary.
• Maintain accurate student, staff, and course data within FACTS and related systems.
• Evaluate and improve technology resources and collaborate with infrastructure and vendors.
