Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in technology with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM platforms.
• Experience in legal services, legal aid, or non‑profit sectors preferred.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements technology strategies, policies, and procedures in support of operations and objectives.
• Leads technology planning with leadership and stakeholders, setting vision for IT landscape.
• Manages Technology Department budget and resources; supervises Technology Manager and Database Administrator.
• Directs AI tool governance, security configurations, and vendor management for Salesforce and other systems.
• Oversees security, data governance, and incident response; ensures regulatory compliance and audits.
• Maintains strong vendor relationships and communicates tech strategy across the organization.
