The client is seeking an Executive Director to lead a fully remote, national legal advocacy organization dedicated exclusively to protecting animals. Reporting to the organization’s board, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee mission-focused execution, and help advance the organization’s legal advocacy work.

In this role, the Executive Director is expected to set organizational priorities, guide day-to-day leadership, and ensure effective collaboration across legal and operational functions. The position will also involve representing the organization publicly and supporting efforts that strengthen its impact, with a focus on protecting animals through advocacy and legal action.

The client seeks a proven leader with strong judgment, executive-level management capabilities, and demonstrated alignment with animal protection and legal advocacy. The Executive Director should be able to develop strategy, manage complex responsibilities, and communicate effectively while operating in a fully remote environment.
