Job summary

The ASPCA is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to act as the technical authority for our Salesforce instance, guiding a team of professionals across the SDLC. You will drive scalable, compliant solutions aligned with our mission to end animal cruelty, while balancing performance, security, and cross-functional needs.

This remote-based role requires travel in the United States and reports to the Senior Director, Product Development.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on Salesforce development experience (5+ years).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required; architect certifications preferred.
• Experienced in Agile development and DevOps practices with Salesforce.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for Salesforce instances and lead the team.
• Plan, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee CI/CD processes and deployments with Gearset.
• Translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce designs and integrations.
