Job summary

TTI, Inc. seeks a Technology Development Engineer (TDE) to create new designs for targeted customers and convert them into profitable sales. The TDE will work with regional sales teams and suppliers to drive design‑in activities and monitor progress using CAM and OMS tools.

Travel about 50% is required. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Electronics plus extensive IT/MS Office experience is needed, with strong communication and organizational skills to support regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Electronics or related field with 5+ years in technical support or design.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical product, application and supplier strategies with sales and marketing leadership.
• Visit customers to execute design‑in of focus products with regional and outside sales teams.
• Monitor CAM/OMS activity and report progress to BPMs and branch leaders.
