Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Technology Development Engineer for the Northwest Region. The role centers on creating new designs in targeted customer segments and implementing supplier strategy to convert designs into profitable sales.

The engineer will work with regional sales and suppliers to drive design-in activity while maintaining strategic visibility across CAM/OMS tools. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least five years in technical support or product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with min 5 years of related experience in technical support or design.
• Strong English language skills and ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to work with sales teams, customers and suppliers to drive design-in and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical product, application and supplier strategies with the Director Technical Sales & Marketing. Work with regional sales to define target customers and regional plans.
• Drive customer visit activity to engineering as needed; support design-in of focus products.
• Monitor OMS/CAM activity and report on branch and non-branch design opportunities; coordinate cross-resource collaboration.
