Job summary

The NYCDCC Training Center is seeking a Technology and Digital Operations Coordinator to support and advance our technology, communications, data, and digital learning initiatives. You will manage websites, improve digital platforms, and develop analytics to enhance student, instructor, and staff experiences.

Collaborate with leadership and partners to implement innovative tech solutions, improve efficiency, and drive educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communications, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of experience supporting technology, communications, operations, or digital platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with website content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Training Center website and related digital platforms.
• Monitor website performance, user activity, and online registration processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Provide training and support for administrative and educational technology systems.
• Coordinate technology projects with internal departments and external vendors.
