Planned Parenthood Federation of America | Planned Parenthood Action Fund is seeking a Senior Vice President of Development Data, Operations, and Technology in a hybrid role based in Washington, DC / New York, NY. You will lead development data, governance, and technology, driving innovation across fundraising platforms and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in fundraising operations and at least 8 years in a senior leadership role within a large nonprofit
• Experience leading enterprise system implementations, CRM transformations, and data modernization initiatives
• Ability to translate complex data sets into fundraising strategy and executive-level reporting
• Leadership in master data management, governance, data operations, and compliance reporting
• Deep expertise with CRM stacks, data warehouses, CDPs, BI tools, and third-party fundraising platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic roadmap for development data, operations, and technology
• Lead and mentor a large, diverse team of fundraising operations professionals
• Oversee CRM administration, data governance, and fundraising analytics
• Drive data quality, governance, and timely reporting to improve fundraising efficiency
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and frontline fundraisers to align strategy and tools
