Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and Texas bar licensure required.
• Minimum 10+ years of legal experience in contract administration and procurement.
• Experience with technology contracts and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration for technology contracts including software licenses and SaaS.
• Develop, review, negotiate, and amend terms to meet business objectives and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, GDPR, and accessibility.
