Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting or executing change-related work
• Strong written and visual communication skills tailored to audience and channel
• Ability to structure and execute tasks independently with attention to detail and timelines
• Skilled in identifying dependencies, surfacing risks, and supporting cross-functional coordination
• Demonstrates ownership of assigned work and proactive communication

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of assigned components of the change plan and coordinates logistics
• Develops targeted communications and training materials for stakeholder groups
• Builds reusable assets like templates and SharePoint sites to enable long-term usability
• Tracks progress, timelines and dependencies, and flags blockers or risks
• May manage interns or contractors to complete work
• Collects stakeholder feedback and distills actionable insights
