The Senior Specialist, Technology Change & Communications, sits within Bain’s internal Change Management team and plays a hands‑on role in supporting the delivery and adoption of technology transformation initiatives. Working across cross‑functional teams, they translate complex project and technology changes into clear, engaging, and well‑structured materials, from training decks and user guides to SharePoint microsites and rollout communications, that help end users understand, navigate, and adopt new technology. As part of a small team, this role offers the opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities, build new skills, and get hands‑on experience across different aspects of change management.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).
