Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Technology Category Management to execute category strategies across Hardware/Telecom/Cloud, Software, or Technology Services.

The role partners with IT and business stakeholders to deliver value, drive savings, and manage supplier performance in a fast paced environment. Located in the United States, with a focus on the Texas market, the position supports MA&D and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management or procurement, with at least 3 years focused on technology categories.

Responsibilities

• Category execution: manage category strategies and annual plans for assigned spend.
• Productivity identification: analyze spend and market data to identify savings opportunities.
• Sourcing and negotiation: lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations and negotiations.
• Contract expertise: MSP/SAAS/Cloud terms and governance practices to maximize value.
• Productivity delivery: realize savings and track benefits to completion.
• Supplier management: monitor performance, SLAs and risk; conduct reviews.
