Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or related field.
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, category management or procurement, with 5+ years in technology.
• 3+ years leading or coaching teams across geographies.
• Proven record negotiating complex technology contracts and delivering savings.
• Excellent understanding of tech commercial models and risk considerations.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with spend analytics and tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage category strategies, sourcing plans, and annual category plan.
• Own category productivity, analyze spend, demand, and market data.
• Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and awards.
• Drive delivery of negotiated productivity and monitor benefits.
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, risks, and SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and report risks to leadership.
• Manage category budgets, savings tracking, and analytics.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and vendor capabilities.
• Support MA&D and corporate initiatives, due diligence, and integration or separation.
• Lead process improvements and standardization across tools and playbooks.
• Oversee team performance across locations; coach and develop.
• Bridge procurement with AI deployment to improve efficiency.
• Support Director in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
