Job summary

Tobias Financial Advisors is seeking a Technology & Business Systems Manager who combines strong technical skills with business judgment and the ability to get things done. Reporting to the COO, you will serve as TFA’s primary internal technology resource, administering our applications, supporting employees, connecting systems and leading improvements.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant technology experience including hands-on systems administration and project delivery.
• Strong experience administering business applications including configuration, permissions, troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
• Practical Microsoft 365 administration experience and working knowledge of identity management, endpoints, networking, cybersecurity, backup and recovery.
• Experience implementing integrations, automations or workflow improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from an initial business need through completion, including testing, communication and adoption.
