Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) in Anderson, SC seeks an IT AI Manager - Finance to drive AI initiatives across finance functions, delivering measurable value. You will partner with finance leadership to define requirements, maintain a finance AI roadmap, and deploy AI-enabled solutions such as agents, chatbots, and automated reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
Experience in finance functions: FP&A, reporting, controllership, or shared services.
Familiarity with SQL and ability to write queries.
Experience with AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation.
CPA, CMA, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and execute AI opportunities for Finance.
Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions including AI agents and chatbots.
Develop and manage a Finance AI roadmap with milestones and value.
Translate business problems into technical requirements with stakeholders.
Create documentation and training materials for users.
