The position will work across Audit, Tax, Client Accounting Services (CAS), and administrative functions to improve workflows, reduce manual processes, support technology implementations, and help employees confidently adopt new tools.
The ideal candidate combines strong technology skills with curiosity, business‑process thinking, project management, and the ability to communicate effectively with nontechnical users. Success in this position is measured not simply by implementing technology, but by improving how work gets done.
