Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2) Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension. Location: Charlotte, NC/Las Colinas, TX/Minneapolis, MN - 3 days onsite

Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Consultant to support large-scale, complex initiatives within Technology Business Systems Consulting. This role involves strategic planning, in-depth analysis of multifaceted challenges, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will contribute to resolving complex situations by applying your understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring all deliverables meet organizational and regulatory requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business systems and AI innovation within our ServiceNow platform, driving efficiency, standardization, and enterprise-wide standards.

As a Technology Business Systems Consultant, you will:

• Consult on complex, broad-impact initiatives within Technology Business Systems Consulting, providing strategic guidance and analysis.
• Review and analyze large-scale or long-term challenges, evaluating multiple factors, including intangible or unprecedented elements.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by leveraging policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align solutions with organizational objectives and standards.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to enterprise standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by providing insights and recommendations for optimizing business systems.
• Support AI and platform initiatives by coordinating inputs across teams, ensuring production readiness, and managing dependencies across engineering, architecture, and governance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design, demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military service, or education.
• Proven experience in analyzing and resolving large-scale or long-term business systems challenges involving multiple factors and variables.
• Understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance in business systems environments.
• Some knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• AI acumen and familiarity with AI-assisted tools like M365 Copilot or similar is a plus.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $60- $64 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
