Innova Solutions is seeking a Business Execution Consultant in Charlotte, NC for a 12-month contract with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site). You will act as a strategic consultant, guiding initiatives across business execution and resolving highly complex challenges with creative, data-driven approaches.

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2). Duration: 12 Months Contract with extension. Location: Charlotte, NC – 3 days hybrid on-site role.

As a Business Execution Consultant, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
• Provide expert guidance on the strategy and resolution of unique, large-scale challenges that require in-depth evaluation, creativity, and innovative thinking.
• Deliver long-term, scalable solutions that align with business goals, leveraging advanced analytical and inductive reasoning.

The ideal candidate will have

• Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Proven ability to make decisions in complex, multifaceted environments with a solid understanding of business functions or products.
• Experience facilitating decision-making and issue resolution in high-stakes, large-scale scenarios.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with team members and leaders, driving strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to influence and guide less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

Pay Range*: $70 - $75 per hour* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
