Think Together in Anaheim is seeking an IT Services Portfolio & Asset Supervisor to lead the asset lifecycle and service portfolio operations. You will supervise daily asset and service management activities, align IT investments with business goals, and drive governance across departments.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in IT operations, 2+ years in supervision, and hands-on experience with ITSM/tools like Freshservice and CMDB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in IT operations, asset management, or service management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice) and CMDB.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT service portfolio and lifecycle of technology assets.
• Lead daily asset/service management operations and coach staff.
• Improve workflows, ensure timely fulfillment, drive accountability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Enhance ITSM processes and CMDB accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Ops on onboarding and service delivery.
