What you will do

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Alliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) within the NetSuite ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NetSuite platform, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive collaborative initiatives to enhance the success of our ISV partners.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner Relationship Management :

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key NetSuite ISV partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ISV partners, providing strategic guidance and support for their NetSuite integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and deepen relationships with existing ISV partners.
  • Partner Enablement and Support :

Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical and sales support to ISV partners, ensuring successful integrations and deployments of NetSuite solutions.

  • Deliver enablement materials, training, and resources to ISV partners to enhance their ability to sell and implement NetSuite-related solutions.
  • Ensure partners are aligned with best practices and keep them updated on the latest NetSuite developments and product features.

Work closely with ISV partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.

  • Coordinate marketing and sales efforts between NetSuite and ISV partners, including co-branded campaigns, joint webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Monitor and track performance of joint initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve mutual goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth :

Collaborate with the sales teams to identify and close new business opportunities with ISV solutions integrated with NetSuite.

  • Drive partner pipeline development by identifying new sales opportunities, providing lead generation support, and working with partners on joint sales efforts.
  • Help partners achieve their revenue targets by providing insights into customer needs and market trends.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting :

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track partner success and the impact of joint activities.

  • Provide regular reports to leadership on partner performance, success stories, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously assess and optimize partner engagement strategies to drive higher impact and value.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in partner or alliance management, preferably with a focus on NetSuite ISVs or related cloud ERP technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem, including its functionality, integrations, and partner offerings.
  • Proven track record of managing successful partner relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies and joint campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and technical teams.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based software solutions and SaaS business models is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

  • NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certification or similar relevant certifications.
  • Experience working with cloud ERP systems or related technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Prior experience working with partner ecosystems or in a partner-centric sales model.

Salary Range : $100,000 to $135,000 plus variable

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
