The Advisory Manager (Strategy & Growth) – Remote leads moderate complexity projects, determining the approach and structure of analyses and key deliverables. This role requires substantial industry knowledge and leadership in problem-solving to help clients identify strategic priorities, improve performance, rationalize services, and navigate healthcare reform challenges. Responsibilities include assigning workstreams, ensuring quality and profitability, and mentoring team members.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead projects of moderate complexity or specific workstreams for higher complexity engagements
• Diagnose client issues accurately and develop strategic solutions
• Build consensus among client stakeholders for successful implementation
• Define analytical approaches and key deliverables
• Coach and review team members’ work for accuracy and effectiveness
• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for the client project lead
• Establish effective communication with clients and lead onsite presentations
• Assign workstreams considering team skills and development needs, meeting client timelines
• Focus on project economics, ensuring quality and profitability
• Monitor team utilization and performance
• Apply deductive and inductive reasoning effectively
• Provide strategic planning expertise to other business units
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with prospects, clients, and staff
• Manage relationships and handle interpersonal challenges
• Contribute to practice initiatives like business development and thought leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of external client-facing experience in a consulting environment (Big 4, boutique, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience with industry strategy frameworks
• 3+ years of healthcare, payer, provider, or life sciences experience
• Familiarity with strategy consulting frameworks and problem-solving approaches
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually, based on various factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
