Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Technology Advantage (TA) Senior Analyst to support NATO HQ SACT CMDS in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on identifying EDTs, developing the TA vision, and integrating TA across warfare development initiatives, experimentation activities, and stakeholder engagement.

The position emphasizes analysis of EDTs, preparation of action plans, and collaboration with internal NATO teams and external partners. On-site work with approximately 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of post-related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience acquiring, assembling, and interpreting research and technology information.
• Knowledge of science and technology information sources (defense labs, academia, media, defense ministries).
• Minimum 5 years interpreting future S&T and EDT information for military applications.
• Ability to analyze EDT documentation and identify technology adoption pathways.
• Experience with PC office automation and internet-based information research.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration software.
• English-language proficiency equivalent to STANAG 6001 SLP 3333.
• Valid passport from a NATO member nation with no travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Identify new Emerging and Disruptive Technologies and catalog existing EDTs.
• Support development and production of Technology Advantage as a critical enabler.
• Analyze how Technology Advantage supports Warfare Development Imperatives.
• Update Technology Advantage vision documentation for a common understanding.
• Draft an initial Technology Advantage Action Plan.
• Define IOC and FOC with stakeholders.
• Develop a Technology Advantage community of interest and engage with NATO and external stakeholders.
• Provide information and reports to the TA Project Manager and Sponsor.
• Support integration of Technology Advantage with related projects and experiments.
