Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Technology Advantage Senior Analyst to support NATO HQ SACT CMDS in Norfolk, VA. This on-site role may require travel up to 25% and focuses on advancing Technology Advantage across Warfare Development initiatives.

The position analyzes EDTs, guides the TA vision and action plan, and helps integrate TA across projects and stakeholder engagements, ensuring rapid adoption and operational relevance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of post-related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience acquiring, assembling, and interpreting research and technology information.
• Knowledge of S&T information sources including defense research labs, academia, media, and defense ministries.
• Minimum 5 years interpreting future S&T and EDT info to assess military applications.
• Ability to analyze EDT documentation and develop technology adoption paths.
• Proficiency with PC office automation and internet-based research.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration software.
• English-language proficiency equivalent to STANAG 6001 SLP 3333.
• Valid NATO member passport with no travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Identify new EDTs and catalog existing ones.
• Support development and production of Technology Advantage as a key enabler.
• Analyze how TA supports Warfare Development Imperatives (WDIs).
• Update TA vision docs for common understanding.
• Draft the initial Technology Advantage Action Plan.
• Support IOC/FOC definitions.
• Help build a TA community of interest with NATO and external stakeholders.
• Provide information/reports to the TA PM and Sponsor.
• Assist integration of TA with related projects and experiments.
