Job summary

RCG, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) to support a federal financial regulatory agency in Tysons, VA.

This on-site role acts as a strategic liaison between business operations and technology teams, driving service excellence through process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold an active Secret Clearance, have banking/financial services experience, Salesforce expertise, and 5+ years in the role.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst/Functional Analyst experience.
• Experience in banking/financial services or regulatory environments.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including reporting, dashboards, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and workflows to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Lead QA activities across service desk and customer support.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Gather, document, validate business and functional requirements.
• Design and optimize workflows, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Serve as liaison between business, operations, and IT teams.
• Create and maintain knowledge management processes and documentation.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff.
