Key Requirements:

• Experience working as a Senior/Lead Techno Functional Business Analyst in an enterprise application environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation projects (required).
• Prior Government (local/state/federal) project experience preferred.
• Experience with IT projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to create functional system documentation.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Good to have Salesforce related certifications.
