• 8+ years in techno-functional management for utility operations.
• Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Experience integrating CIS with MDM, ERP, CRM, payment systems.
• Data mapping, interfaces, conversions, billing validation.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT and cutover planning.
• Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery experience.
• Lead techno-functional activities across the billing lifecycle.
