Job summary

Leppo Rents is seeking mechanically inclined individuals who want to learn by doing. You’ll start by observing skilled technicians on real equipment, then perform basic maintenance and prep rental gear to be Rent Ready.

You’ll assist in the yard, wash and inspect machines, and support multiple departments as you grow into the next generation of skilled technicians. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and safety in all weather conditions, with mentorship and on-the-job training to
