Job description

Summary: This is an entry level position. The Associate may have little or no experience with manufacturing machines or process operations. They may have only limited technical skills. They can work on non-complex jobs or highly repetitive machines or process operations following prescribed routine or where the method of operation is obvious. Has the ability to follow demonstrated steps and perform simple adjusting to produce to a general specification. They will develop a complete understanding of hand assembly and packaging operations. This position is expected to have a working knowledge of acceptable product quality, processes and procedures.
