The Freeman Company, through its Alford Media division, seeks a Technician - Service and Systems based in Dallas to diagnose, repair, test, and refurbish AV equipment to meet event-ready standards. This role supports the Alford Media team with hands-on maintenance and parts coordination.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in AV repair or live events. In-office and show-site work 5 days/week are expected, with safety and quality at the forefront.

The Technician - Service and Systems plays a critical role in maintaining the quality, performance, and reliability of our audiovisual equipment inventory. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and refurbishing equipment to ensure it is event-ready and meets operational standards.

This position will support our Alford Media team. It is eligible to work an in person schedule, requiring work in-office and/or show-site 5 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX.
