Job summary

REV Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. You will cut, bend, join and assemble pipe systems, install valves and fittings, and verify integrity with pressure readings. Strong reading of drawings and precise measurement are essential. Candidate should be capable of working in a team, following directions, and maintaining safety standards daily.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills and screw guns.
• Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Cut and thread pipes using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machine.
• Bend pipes to required angles using a bending machine or by hand.
• Join pipes by screws, bolts, fittings, solder, solvent, and caulk joints.
• Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes.
• Fill pipe systems with water or air and read pressure gauges to check for leaks.

What a day in the life of a Plumber at REV looks like:

• Cutting and threading pipes using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machine
