Job summary

REV Group, Inc. in Snyder, Nebraska is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to safely run production equipment, read blueprints, and collaborate with engineering to program and set up machines.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to use tape measures and common hand or power tools.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment including press brake.
• Preferred high school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements
• Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, and screw guns
• Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Successful completion of the drug and background screening

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery
• Reading and interpreting detailed drawings and dimension styles
• Interface with engineering to program machines, set up, and run
• Load parts in the machine, cycle the machine, and detect malfunctions in the operation of the machine
• Stay current with TPM and basic mechanical adjustments on all equipment as needed

What a day in the life of a Machine Operator at REV looks like:
