Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, implement regular and preventive maintenance, and communicate with the Maintenance Director on building and equipment conditions. The position is full-time with a wage range of $22–$24 per hour and a Sunday through Thursday 8am–4pm schedule.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role the Maintenance Technician performs repairs (both minor and major). You will implement regular and preventive maintenance programs that promote a sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff and communicate with the Maintenance Director on the condition of buildings and equipment

Full Time Wage range $22 - $24 Hour .

Schedule is Sunday through Thursday 8am-4pm
