Southern Crescent Technical College is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Griffin campus to perform skilled and semi-skilled work maintaining facilities and grounds. This role supports renovation and carpentry projects and participates in grounds maintenance and emergency repairs.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year in a skilled trade or building maintenance, with knowledge of welding, HVAC, carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.

Responsabilités

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair of the college’s facilities and grounds.

Knowledge of safety policies and procedures. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC system maintenance and repair. Skill in the operation of computers and job related software programs.
