Sign on Bonus

We are pleased to offer up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Must have 5 years minimum of Mercedes-Benz experience with Master Certification. Candidates must show a loyal, steady work history. Will be dispersed over your first year of employment.

Compensation and Perks:
  • Up to $50.00 per flag hour
  • $300 boot allowance
  • 1.5 warranty flag hour multiplier
  • Annual Technician Flag Hour Bonuses ($.25 for Express Tech Hr, $.50 for Main Line Tech Hr, $1 for Master Tech Hr)

Mercedes-Benz of Austin is seeking experienced technicians to join our award-winning Mercedes-Benz team. Our service facility offers a bright and clean working environment equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.

Job Requirements:
  • Prior practice in a Customer Service environment providing excellent experiences to Guests
  • Commitment to building a business and continuity in the workplace
  • Openness to growth, education, and change
  • The ability to approach guests and welcome them with a smile and a willing attitude
  • Basic knowledge required to work on a computer and learn new programs
  • Conviction to present and negotiate products and services
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Must keep up with training
  • Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, or Jaguar experience preferred
  • Must be a team player and stay current with online training and SOE courses
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Shop Hours:

Monday through Friday 7am-6pm. Only required to work one Saturday 8am to 5pm a month or more if desired.
