AAR in Grand Prairie, Texas seeks a Lead Technician to guide a team of technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, train junior staff, assign work, and report to the Operations Supervisor. This role requires English proficiency, five years of mechanical experience, and US citizenship.

Description

The Lead Technician will direct a team of technicians, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The Lead Technician will troubleshoot complex technical issues, train junior staff, assign work, participate in interviewing candidates, and report to senior leadership. The Lead Technician will lead a team of technicians and report to the Operations Supervisor.
