The Technician I will participate as a member of the clinical and administrative medical team, supporting physicians and other practitioners with procedures and patient care under supervision.

Posting Summary: Rutgers University Correctional Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Technician I. The Technician I participates as a member of the clinical and administrative medical team at the Prison.
Salary: $18.45 per hour (range $15.92 - $150.00). Benefits include medical, prescription drug, and dental coverage; paid vacation, holidays, and various leave programs; competitive retirement benefits; employee and dependent educational benefits; life insurance coverage; employee discount programs.
Working Hours: 19 hours. Standard Hours: 40.0. Daily Work Shift: Rotating. Full onsite work arrangement required.
Physical Demands: Ability to perform CPR for at least 10 minutes and assist in lifting and rotating patients who are unable to ambulate (up to 50 pounds).
Special Conditions: Must be approved by the Department of Corrections and adhere to all DOC requirements.
