Job summary

LimRic Plumbing, Heating & Air, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks an HVAC Install Technician to install residential and light commercial systems. You will read blueprints, fabricate ductwork, perform start-up and commissioning, and ensure code-compliant installations with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC installation.
• HVAC trade school certificate or equivalent experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system design, airflow, and duct layout.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.
• Must lift up to 100 lbs and have a clean driving record.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ventilation components.
• Lay out, fabricate, and install ductwork and related fittings to specification.
• Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of newly installed equipment.
• Ensure installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles.
• Work closely with Install Leads, Supervisors, and other team members to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners or building occupants regarding system operation and maintenance.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Install Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
