• 2+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC install experience.
• HVAC trade school certificate or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.
• Strong understanding of HVAC design, airflow, and duct layout.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors.
• Lift up to 100 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ventilation components.
• Lay out, fabricate, and install ductwork to specification.
• Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Ensure installations meet local codes, manufacturer specs, and company standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and vehicles.
• Collaborate with Install Leads, Supervisors, and team to complete jobs on time and to quality standards.
• Communicate with homeowners about system operation and maintenance.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.

Technician HVAC Install (2025-1153)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Install Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience on every project.
