Job summary

Mammoth Mountain, part of Alterra Resorts, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to keep its properties in excellent condition.

The role requires experience in building maintenance; the successful candidate will perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related trades to ensure safe, comfortable facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or two years of trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance preferred.
• Valid electrical/plumbing/carpentry skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains physical condition of assigned properties.
• Performs repairs in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, and flooring; carries out general building and grounds maintenance.

A little about this position:

• Maintains physical condition of properties assigned.
• Performs repairs in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, and flooring. Performs general building and grounds maintenance.

Requirements:

• High school graduate with two years trade school in building maintenance or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in commercial building maintenance with expertise in one or more of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.

Hourly pay rate: $20.70 to $24.64
