Job summary

Holman is hiring a C Technician for AutoPark Honda to perform repair orders accurately and efficiently, diagnosing problems and applying current diagnostic methods. You will road-test vehicles and adapt to evolving automotive tech while maintaining a clean, organized shop and proper tool accountability.

The role requires dealership experience and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR; ASEs are a plus. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available based on skill level.

Qualifications

• 1+ auto service center experience and familiarity with dealership standards.
• Appropriate technical training; ASEs are a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work outlined on the repair order with accuracy and efficiency.
• Diagnose root causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology and manuals.
• Keep the shop organized and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repair and performance.
• Adapt to evolving automotive technologies and diagnostics.

What will you do?

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

What are we looking for?

• 1+ Auto service center experience highly desired
• Appropriate Technical training or ASEs a plus
• Valid Driver's License and a clean MVR
